Shipping & Returns (Please order wisely. Call first if in doubt. Returns are frowned upon.)

Return Policy

Here at DryBritches.com, we offer many resources to our customers to ensure they are purchasing the correct products. Please call if you have a question. Help us control our costs by eliminating returns. However, we understand that mistakes are made in ordering. You may return most new, unopened case purchases within 30 days of delivery for per unit cost minus shipping costs. No merchandise may be returned once it has been opened. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs during the return process
. The customer must also call to obtain a "Return Authorization Number". A 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the return transaction to the credit card.

If DryBritches.com is in error of shipping out the wrong merchandise then DryBritches.com will cover the cost of the return.

Products damaged in transit should be refused at the time of delivery. UPS will then return the product back to DryBritches.com. DryBritches.com's customer service should be notified immediately so that a replacement order can be expedited.

Assuming your merchandise qualifies as returnable, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We are currently only set up to ship to within the Continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please call with special shipping needs.

Important Note: Check Your "Shipping" Address Carefully.

UPS or FedEx charges an additional service fee of $5 per package for address correction at the time of delivery. Any additional charges that result from incorrectly entered addresses will be charged to your credit card after delivery. Please note that UPS or FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
